As a seasoned senior banking executive in Hong Kong and Greater China, Flora has abundant experience in multi-national corporations. She started out as a Management Associate in Citibank, and had worked in HSBC, Standard Chartered, Australian and New Zealand Bank (ANZ), and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Asia (ICBC Asia).

Before the age of 40, Flora was already promoted as the Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, which made her the youngest member in the executive management team. She was the “Global Emerging Leader” and sat on the “Diversity and Inclusion Council” in Standard Chartered Bank Group. Subsequently, she joined ICBC Asia and was awarded as the “Global Honorary Employee” by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Her unique “East meets West” exposure makes her a strong leader and initiator, as well as a “Super-Connector” in the industry.

Flora has received elite education since childhood and is a lover of music and arts. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with a wide exposure to different cultures throughout her banking career. Recently she founded “Atelier Flora”, with the vision to share her abundant experiences and passion with other working executives as a career coach, inspiring and helping them to self-develop continually through change and transformation in their journey to success.

Apart from the above, she has served as a core member in the Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee under the HK Education Bureau for many years. Invited by Cyberport HK, she is an active mentor to provide advice and guidance to startup companies and their founders in recent years. At the same time, she works closely with major universities in HK as a career coach.
